Mark-10 G1086 ASTM D1894 Coefficient of Friction Fixture
The G1086 COF fixture is an integral part of a COF measurement system, typically including a motorized test stand and COF gauge. The G1086 can be used for a wide range of materials, ideal for conformance to ASTM D1894 and other relevant standards. Static and kinetic coefficients can be measured using the M5-2-COF gauge.
The fixture includes a large work table with sample clamp, level, 200 g sled, cable, and low-friction pulley. The fixture is directly compatible with the M5-2-COF gauge, ESM303 test stand, and ESM301 motorized test stand.

Mark-10 G1089 ISO 7886-1 Syringe Compression Fixture
This fixture is designed to test compression force of a syringe plunger, as per ISO 7886-1 and other relevant standards. Four blank stainless steel inserts are included, and may be drilled in the field to accommodate various diameter barrels. When used with appropriate instruments, such as an ESM303 test stand and Series 7 force gauge, initial and secondary peaks may be captured, as well as average force over a period of time.
